For people with Special Education Needs (SEN), a career is not just a job but also brings self-identity. Through its start-up programmes, the venture aims to empower participating SEN students to identify their strengths and potentials so as to pave a new career path leading to entrepreneurship.

Through taking part in different tasks, participants will identify their strengths and weaknesses through introspective exercises. Utilising their strengths, they will work with other members to solve a social problem. With advice and guidance from retired professionals, they will build up their confidence, learn how to select members, create prototypes and write business plans to prepare for further pitching competitions.
