The venture aims to educate the elderly to use digital technology to seek online medical consultation. For elderly people who cannot afford a mobile phone, mobile communication devices will be rented to them for online medical consultation. To keep track of their health condition at home, some medical equipment, such as blood pressure monitors, blood-glucose meters, health detection wristbands and cardiographs, will also be available for rent.
The venture will install communication and medical mobile all-in-one equipment at some of the service centres located in Eastern District as a pilot.
