The venture aims to produce a tool kit for positive character education (「正向品格教育工具箱」) with a community education programme (「品格小領袖」社區教育計劃) for the low-income families and schools to enhance the quality of bonding time with the children and raise children’s self-esteem through understanding their own positive traits to face challenges, as well as to better equip parents with skills in childcare. The project will be implemented in Tuen Mun district as a trial.

The tool kit is composed of gamified teaching materials developed on psychological scientific basis for supporting positive character education and counselling service. The community education programme comprises a series of training sessions and practical sessions conducted by trained counsellors to support parents to provide positive character education to their children.
