The EdTech venture will run a Virtual Global Internship Program in Hong Kong which combines the innovative ideas of “working from home” and “overseas internships”. Youngsters aged from 15 to 24 will be matched with overseas companies ranging from social enterprises to big corporations with a 90-hour placement opportunity. Through virtual means such as email, instant messaging and phone conversations, the companies can outsource their daily tasks to young leaders and students are required to report to their supervisors on a regular basis.

Online career advancement training and career guidance/advice through mentorship program will be provided by Foster Worldwide young professional team and corporate partners.
