Some students may easily get into conflicts with others as they fail to understand their emotions and do not know how to express them in a non-violent way. This becomes a hiccup in their school life and may affect their mental health in the long run. “Just Feel” aims to assist primary schools to conduct systematic and preventive social-emotional education for their students, mainly those from the underprivileged groups, to improve students’ mental health and well-being. The venture devises a series of educational products and services, including conflict resolution tools, teaching materials and curriculum, school decoration materials, videos, and workshops for teachers. They are based on the model of Non-violent Communication which emphasises “connection before solution” and focuses on emotions and needs.
