Through community networks like District Councils and NGOs, the venture aims to connect the retired renovation masters to low-income families who require renovation service. The renovation masters can work at flexi-hours to fit their own schedule and health condition so that they can enjoy a fruitful retirement life with an income earned.

For low-income families who have passed the means test, only the production cost of the renovation work will be charged. Besides, the project team will collaborate with social welfare/community-based organisations to provide simple renovation work to the families in need on a voluntary basis. Workshops on basic repair works, such as change of water taps and eradication of pests, etc. will be held for the general public to solve such problems by themselves.
