The venture will recruit masters of traditional puddings to train grassroots women to acquire cooking knowledge and skills with the aim of conserving and sustaining Hong Kong’s traditional culture. It will also empower the grassroots women, enhance their self-confidence and provide them with job opportunities through engaging them in production and sale of traditional puddings.

To ensure the food safety, the project team will rent the licenced sharing kitchens or idle kitchens of restaurants. The puddings will be repackaged and sold at restaurants, cafes and retailers.
